When disaster strikes, the first few minutes afterward can be very chaotic. On a very personal level, our first priority tends to be the status of our family. Whether it was a tornado, as I discussed last week, or a fire, earthquake, terror attack, etc., the first thing you need to know is where your family is and if they need help.
The same applies to our fellow employees. In many cases, it is not enough to just send a message to take cover, or avoid the area. There is life saving value in being able to accomplis 2-way communication during the emergency. xMatters provides some unique capabilities for this 2-way communication that can help to pinpoint those who need help with the use of GPS location on the person’s device. Does your ENS provider do that? Check us out at http://www.xmatters.com
